Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

The refund will be sent to your original payment method

Exchange Policy

We offer free replacement or exchange if:

The product is damaged

Wrong item was delivered

Replacement will be shipped once the original item is received.

Return Shipping Cost

If the mistake is from our side (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
